FEC Orders Petroleum Minister, Kachikwu To Resolve Fuel Queues Before Weekend

The Minister of State for Petroleum, Ibe Kachikwu, has been mandated by the President Muhammadu Buhari-led Federal Executive Council (FEC) to end the fuel queues across the country by the end of this week.

According to reports, the directive was given at the FEC meeting held on Wednesday meeting which was presided by Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo in the absence of President Muhammadu Buhari who is in Kano on a working visit.

Recall that fuel queues have since on Monday surfaced across the country with the NNPC blaming it on panic buying ahead of the festive season.
